The Dixieland Band is a seasonal ensemble which generally rehearses in the winter and spring. Well-known jazz standards from the Dixieland Era such as "Yellow Dog Blues," "Muskrat Ramble" and "Firehouse Stomp" are played.
Membership in this ensemble is dependent upon membership in one of the following: Concert Band, Horizons Too, String Ensemble, Ransom Street Big Band, or Beginner Swing Band.
